DO you recognise anyone in this photo?
Terang resident Maureen Glazebrook is hoping to learn more about a photograph, and those captured through the lens, which she believes to be more than a century old.
“The photo appears to be taken sometime between 1900 and 1910, and was almost certainly taken in Terang,” she said.
“It looks like a school group with 20 students and a number of possible teachers.
“The only person I recognise in the photo is my aunt – Elizabeth/Bess O’Connor (Married name Moloney) – who is the third from the left in the third row from the back.”
Mrs Glazebrook said she was hoping to identify when the photograph was taken, confirm if the school was indeed taken of a school group/class and learn more about who the others were in the photo.
“I am hoping to learn more about the photo because I am writing a family history,”she said.
