A CREEPY and kooky world was on display last week during the Mercy Regional College production of The Addams Family.
Principal Sharon Gillett said she was impressed with the efforts of the students involved.
“Our incredible young people – whether on stage, behind the scenes, in hair and makeup, sound and lighting - were stars in every sense,” she said.
“Their commitment, hard work, and passion illuminated the stage.
“The performances of the cast were exemplary, as characters were brought to life and the backstage, hair and make-up and support magicians played their part in ensuring our vision was brought to life.
“The show was testament of our young people’s ability to work collaboratively towards a final product.”
Ms Gillett said anticipation was high as Mercy Regional College begins to map out their next show, with hopes of engaging a larger segment of our community to participate.
The production featured 19 students on-stage and 12 behind the scenes, and the production was directed by Red Door Dance and Theatre Productions.
Rehearsals started in early April.
