Big win for Knights
COBDEN has handed Heytesbury Knights its first loss of the season in a close battle at home on the weekend.

The Knights chalked up win number five on Saturday, and now sit fourth on the South West Cricket division one ladder, a game clear of neighbours Camperdown.
Winning the toss and electing to bat, the previously undefeated Heytesbury Princetown finished their 50 overs on 6/173 thanks to the efforts of Travis Brown, who contributed 56, and vice-captain Chris Vogels, who added 38.
Other batsmen to reach double figures included Ash Hunt, who was unbeaten on 17, Zachary Harrop-Anderson, not out on 10, and opener Thomas Hunt, who contributed 11.
Best of the bowlers for the Knights was Parker Walsh, who finished with figures of 2/30 off nine overs.
In return, the Knights reached 5/174 in the 47th over.
Johno Benallack was the best of the batsmen, with 58 from 100 balls which included seven boundaries.
Team-mate Angus Uwland was unbeaten on 41 in an innings that included two boundaries and a six.
Matthew Harkin also had a great day at the crease before he was out lbw on 52.
The Knights will again be at home this weekend for their round nine clash against Woorndoo.
