Boers wins at Mortlake
BEN Boers had a good round at the Mortlake Golf Club last Saturday to take out the stableford event.
Boers finished on 35 points to win on countback from runner-up Wes Wareham on 35 points.
Nearest the pins: 3/12 Garry Shalders, 6/15 Peter Palmer and 9/18 Richard van Diemen.
Balls down the line: Hamish Weatherly, David Uebergang, Richard van Diemen, Andy Lamont, Paul Wareham and Gary Glossop.
Next week’s event will be aggregate stableford.
