Cobdenhealth parts ways with Leading Healthcare
COBDENHEALTH board of management has announced the health service will part ways with Leading Healthcare and interim chief executive officer Adam Sevdalis.
Speaking with the Cobden Timboon Coast Times, board chair Duncan Morris thanked Leading Healthcare for its “assistance and support over the last 12 months”.
“They have helped stabilise our position and have put in place a management team that we believe will carry us forward quite well,” he said.
The Cobdenhealth Board of Management has instigated an interim management arrangement for Cobdenhealth, with Sue Fleming – general manager – and Sam Sharp – quality, HR, communications and OHS manager – being appointed as the joint interim management team general managers for a six-month period.”
“Over the next six months, we will work out a more permanent arrangement with the assistance and guidance of Sue and Sam,” Mr Morris said.
In a statement released on Cobdenhealth’s Facebook page last week, the board was “keen to support the organisation to continue to provide excellent service to the residents of Cobdenhealth and the wider community”.
“The board thanks all staff for their ongoing efforts and sees a bright future developing for this vital community service,” the statement reads.
