Damp course greets golfers
TWENTY golfers competed in a stableford round on a damp course at Timboon Golf Club last Saturday.

Fortunately the rain stayed away for most of the day.
A grade was won by Matthew Walker with 40 points, followed by Cody Noonan with 36.
B grade went to Darcy Worral with 35 from Norm Hardingham and two others with 31.
Nearest the pins: 5th Chris Huffadine, 7th Cody Noonan and 14th Jamie Norton.
Geoff Norton won the Nutrien Ball for his second shot to the 11th.
On Thursday the 12 holes Kazza’s Railway View chicken day was not held due to course maintenance.
