POLICE charged a local man last week for driving while disqualified.

POLICE charged a local man last week for driving while disqualified.
Cobden Police First Constable Gagan Singh said he was conducting roadside checks in Cobden last week.
He said the driver involved was the first vehicle through the check point.
“He is a male in his 50’s from Bostocks Creek,” first Const Singh said.
“The man was driving disqualified and the vehicle was impounded at a cost of $1300."
“He will go to court at a later date.”
