Finlayson family gathers
DESCENDANTS of Alexander and Emma Finlayson got together at the Red Hill Hall earlier this month.

DESCENDANTS of Alexander and Emma Finlayson got together at the Red Hill Hall earlier this month.
The gathered family members unveiled a plaque acknowledging the gift of land for the building of the Red Hill Hall in 1937.
Margaret Finlayson and Yvonne Williams did the honours of unveiling the plaque.
Margaret passed away soon after on Monday, April 11.
The Finlayson family has been having a reunion every year since 1999.
Family members travelled from Tasmania and across Victoria for the family reunion.
