Event organiser Ron Simcox said it was a “fantastic day”.

“We had about 80 people all up,” he said.

“It was a little bit better than last year.”

Mr Simcox said attendees enjoyed both savoury and sweet pancakes on the day thanks to the combined efforts of a dedicated group of volunteers.

“The food was very good,” he said.

“There was no one dish that was the same in the savouries that were served.

“The sweets were also great.”

Mr Simcox thanked those who attended the day.

“We’ve had all good feedback; people were all complimentary and enjoyed the day,” he said.

“Thank you to all the people who put in effort to do everything.

“Thank you to those who came along and supported us.”
