CAMPERDOWN’S Veterinarian Clinic introduced their new facility to the town of Lismore recently.

The day began at 10am, with three pet lambs, staff dog Barney and Clinic pet cat Sooty available for pats and cuddles from kids and adults alike.

Practice manager Sarah Wise said there was a good turnout for the event, with veterinarians and nurses introducing themselves to Lismore locals as residents took in the new facility.

“At 11.30am, the Lismore Primary School came over and they had a tour around the facility,” she said.

“They interacted with the animals we had there, and we showed them a bit of what a vet does in a small animal examination.

“We’ve had some positive feedback, which is great.

“Hopefully they’ll start to pour in through the door.”

Lollie bags were given out during the day, which finished with a sausage sizzle for the community.

Baskets of animal goods were given to the winners of the Lucky Door prizes.
