Maher wins at Terang

FIFTEEN players competed in Thursday’s competition at the Terang Golf Club.

The A grade winner was Gary Maher with 90-18-72 from runner-up Peter Hrabar 95-21-74.

B grade was won by Aileen Clarke 100-28-72 from Elaine Hrabar on 107-32-75.

Balls down the line went to Heather Holmes 77 nett, Jenny Meade 77 and Gary Huebner 78.

Nearest the pins: 3rd Jo Arundell, 11th Gary Maher and 18th from off the green, Frank O’Connor.

Winner of the nine hole competition was Frank O’Connor on 39 nett.

This month’s winner of the monthly medal was Aileen Clarke.

Next week’s competition will be stableford, fourth round of the silver spoon and third of the Marie Scally.
