MRC second in state
MERCY Regional College’s senior netball side has finished runners-up at the School Sport Victoria championships.

MERCY Regional College’s senior netball side has finished runners-up at the School Sport Victoria championships.
The Mercy team performed exceptionally well at the recent state championships, held at Waverley, under the guidance of team coach and college principal Sharon Gillett.
The side won all its games throughout the tournament, defeating Warragul’s Marist-Sion College, Northcote High School and Mentone Girls Secondary College.
They also defeated Catherine McAuley College in the semi-final, 28-21, before being defeated by Rowville Sports Academy in the final, 33-24.
