Mt Leura land slip
MOUNT Leura Road will be closed as Corangamite Shire Council works to clear a land slip.
A shire spokesperson said the road is expected to be closed from 7am Friday, August 2 (today) to around 1pm.
“There is a small slip behind one of the guard rails that’s being cleaned up and to do this they need to have the excavator on the road,” the spokesperson said.
“As the location is near a bend it’s safer for both the staff and public to close the road while the works are carried out.”
