Multiplication at Mortlake
A STABLEFORD multiplication event at Mortlake last weekend was won by Kurt Robertson and Scott Richie.
Kurt (5) and Scott (13) won with 81 points, followed by Tony Richardson (13) and Leigh Knights (20) on 80 points.
Third place went to Ben Boers (10) and Gary Glossop (22) on 73.
Peter Palmer had the best individual score on 41 points.
Nearest the pins: 3/12 Tony McLennan, 6/15 Kurt Robertson and 9/18 Ed Robinson.
Balls down the line: Ben Boers, Gary Glossop, Garry Shalders, Hamish Weatherly and Angelo van den Heuvel.
The nine-hole twilight played last Friday was won by Bruce Twaddle 15-45-30 on countback from Ben Boers 6-36-30 and third placed Glen Byers 13-44-31.
Nearest the pin on the ninth was Ben Boers.
Next week’s event is a three-person gentsomes with a shotgun start at 11.30am for 12 noon.
