New event board for little aths
CAMPERDOWN Little Athletics Club has unveiled a new weekly event board.
The board (sponsored by Oakbrook Collectables and Webber and Chivell) was revealed during last Friday night’s session and will prove a handy asset throughout the season.
The club was also a recipient of the Hally’s run/walk community grant which has enabled the purchase of a new electronic starting pistol.
More than 70 athletes enjoyed last Friday night’s competitions, with several away due to dance concerts and school camps.
Several personal bests were recorded and participants even enjoyed some sunshine.
