Noonan wins at Timboon

TIMBOON Golf Club members enjoyed a stableford round last Saturday.

A grade was won by Cody Noonan with 38 points from Philip Brown on 37 and both Darryle Beames and Alistair Gillin on 35.

B grade went to Gordon Broderick with 35 points, from Barry Cook on 34.

Todd Brunt finished third with 33 points.

Nearest the pins: 5th Alistair Gillin, 7th Barry Cook, 10th Chris Harkness and 14th Phillip Brown.

Phillip Brown won the Nutrien ball with his second shot to the 11th and Barry Cook won the South West Car Care ball for his second shot to the 13th.

Thursday’s chicken day was won by Mick Plozza with 21 points on a countback from Tori Ziegelaar.

Steve Plozza won nearest the pin.

Next Saturday will be 2BBB stableford.
