November rainfall sees paddocks full
RAINFALL throughout November for the north of the shire was well above average.

RAINFALL throughout November for the north of the shire was well above average.
Camperdown received the most rain for the month, with 121mm of rain falling, well above the long-term average of 57.4mm.
The highest daily rainfall was recorded on November 22, with 13mm falling, according to the Bureau of Meteorology records.
Camperdown recorded above average rainfall with a total of 121mm of rain hitting the ground for the month, above the long-term average of 57.4mm.
So far this year 904.7mm of rain has fallen over Camperdown, well above the 817mm for the same time frame last year.
Lismore received the least rain for the month, with 83.4mm of rain falling, above the long-term average of 54.8mm.
The highest daily rainfall was experienced on November 20, with 21.6mm of rain falling.
For the first 11 months of the year, 743.3mm of rain hit the ground, well above on the 655.8mm for the same time frame last year.
In Derrinallum the rainfall was higher; with just 97.6mm of rain hitting the ground. The long-term average is 55.9mm.
The highest daily rainfall was 27.8mm which fell on November 20.
At the end of the month a total of 810.2mm has fallen over Derrinallum for the year, well above last year’s figure of 655.4mm.
