Only in Australia…
RESIDENTS in Camperdown’s Dimora Avenue had a furry intruder in their yards on Tuesday.

RESIDENTS in Camperdown’s Dimora Avenue had a furry intruder in their yards on Tuesday.
A koala was spotted in the backyard of one of the properties by a student leaving school, with residents keeping an eye on it.
The koala, named ‘Kev’ by one of the onlookers, jumped two fences as it hid in the trees.
Gerard Bowman, who lives in Dimora Avenue, said he hoped the koala found its way back home.
“I’ve never seen one down this end,” he said.
“A young girl from school noticed him going into our place.
“He went out the back of our place, so we just followed him.
“He decided to jump a fence, then another fence.”
Koalas in the area like Kev are likely on the move for breeding season, which runs from September to January.
