Pigeons race from Hay

CAMPERDOWN Homing Club raced pigeons from Hay in New South Wales last weekend.

CAMPERDOWN Homing Club raced pigeons from Hay in New South Wales last weekend.

Results went as follows:

1st: G. and S. McKenzie of Camperdown.

2nd: Julian Coburn from Terang. The birds flew the 500 kilometres on a fine day with SE wind.

This Sunday there will be two races; Mildura and Broken Hill.

Pigeons will be basketed on Friday at 5pm from the clubroom at the showgrounds.
