KOLORA Noorat showed its strength over South Rovers in front of a home crowd last weekend.
The Power’s senior footballers dominated across the ground and restricted conversion opportunities for South to win by 55 points.
Final scores were Kolora Noorat 11.14.80 to South Rovers 3.7.25.
Best for the Power were Fred Beasley, Joel Moloney, Sam Uwland, Jack Vaughan and Mitchell Wyss.
Beasley added three majors to the scoreboard while Paddy Baker and Lucas Boyd each kicked two.
Goals also went to Ryan O’Connor, Sam Uwland and Darcy Vick.
A close game in the reserves saw the home side fall just three points short of victory, with the scoreboard at 6.7.43 to South Rovers 6.10.46 on the final siren.
The goals were shared, with one each going to George Beasley, Oscar Curran, Dale Evans, Jackson Gill, Brad Holmes and Fionn Neeson.
Named among the best for Power were Henry Flower, Paul McSween, Harry Stuart, Alex Martin, George Beasley and Nathan Glennen.
The Power’s under 18s had a great day out, kicking 10.14.74 to South Rovers 2.8.20 to enjoy a 54-point win.
Oscar Curran kicked four majors while Ted Kenna added three.
The Powers’ senior netballers had a great day out, winning all three games played, with A grade winning 48-32, A reserve 34-29 and B grade 33-20.
In the junior matches, Kolora Noorat’s 17 and under side enjoyed a comfortable 33-16 goal victory, while the 15 and under team was defeated 10-34 and the 13 and unders lost 9-10.
Kolora Noorat will travel to Dennington for round three of the Warrnambool District League this Saturday.
