WITH Wickliffe Lake Bolac unable to field an A grade or 17 and under side this season, it was a quiet day on the Woorndoo courts last weekend.


WITH Wickliffe Lake Bolac unable to field an A grade or 17 and under side this season, it was a quiet day on the Woorndoo courts last weekend.
With just four games played for the day, the Tigers came home with the four points in all but one game.
B grade, sitting third on the ladder, enjoyed a comfortable 40-11 goal victory and will now turn their attention to this weekend’s clash with Hawkesdale MacArthur who currently sit just behind in fourth.
C grade goalers Olivia Loader and Lucy Jubb were named best on court in their side’s 37-9 goal victory on the weekend.
The team now sits in fifth spot, just percentage ahead of Lismore Derrinallum in sixth.
In the 15 and under match, the Tigers went down to Bolac 18-29 with Ava Wardlaw named best for the home side.
And in the 13 and under game, the young Tigers put in a solid four quarters to take the points, winning 14-8.
Best on court were Layla Wardlaw and Indi Wardlaw.
After this weekend’s clash with the Eagles, the Tigers will host ladder leaders Tatyoon in the final round of the home and away season.
