A LUCKY St Vincent de Paul Society op shopper will be rugged up extra warm after winning the CEO Sleepout raffle last Thursday.
A LUCKY St Vincent de Paul Society op shopper will be rugged up extra warm after winning the CEO Sleepout raffle last Thursday.
The winner of the raffle was Paula Robertson, who received a hamper of winter manchester, including pillows, doonas, towels and snug rugs.
The raffle was part of the Vinnies CEO Sleepout event, which took place on the same day.
Vinnies CEO Sleepout is an annual event where CEOs, or those in senior positions, spend a night sleeping rough to raise funds for homelessness in Australia.
Funds usually go towards bed nights for rough sleepers, food items for support centres, ongoing individual programs and emergency assistance.
Western Victorian St Vincent de Paul op shops raised a total of $7862.80.
St Vincent de Paul Society op shop manager Jan Lines extended her congratulations to the winner.
