Rotary donates books
COBDEN Rotary Club members have helped ensure a love of reading in some of the youngest community members.
Rotary Club president David Childs presents Cobden librarian Faith Chapman with 10 new books for the library.
COBDEN Rotary Club members have helped ensure a love of reading in some of the youngest community members.
Club member Gary Kimber said the club has had two of its major projects supporting literacy and youth.
“President David Childs presented Cobden librarian Faith Chapman with 10 beautiful books for young children on a varied range of themes and topics,” he said.
“Faith was delighted to receive the books and Cobden Rotary is always delighted to be part of this and any Community service program.”
