Success for Heffernan
JANE Heffernan has shown good form on the golf course to take out last Thursday’s stableford at the Terang Golf Club.
Heffernan finished the day, which was also round two of the Marion Brophy competition, with a score of 37 points.
Runner-up was Jo Arundell with 34 points.
Balls down the line went to Janet Saunders 31 on countback from Cate Glennon on 31.
The winner of the nine-hole competition was Linda Kenna with an excellent score of 20 points.
Nearest the pins: 9th (from off the green) and the 11th Jo Arundell.
Next week’s competition will be stroke, monthly medal number five and putting.
