Sun shines for hockey

DESPITE hockey being a winter sport, the sun was shining on players during last Saturday morning’s mod competition.

Skills are improving among the players, who each enjoyed a competitive game on the weekend.

Green defeated Blue 1-0, with umpire points going to Macey and Archie for the Green side, while for Blue, Lillian and Lexi received points.

Purple defeated Yellow 4-0, with umpire points going to Jacob and Laine (Purple) and Adele and Henry (Yellow).
