Telford wins at Cobden

ELAINE Telford finished on 34 points to take out A grade for the ladies at Cobden golf course last Wednesday.

Eighteen players contested the first round of the Frank Hodgson Pairs Aggregate last week.

Thelma Green finished on 33 points to be the A grade runner-up.

B grade was won by Di McKenzie on 34 points, with Carmel Darcy runner-up on 33.

Nearest the pin: A grade 4th Thelma Green; B grade 4th Ena Byron, 10th Jeannine White, C grade 4th Jo Hintum.

Nearest the pin on Camperdown Premix hole was Di Adams while Elaine Telford was nearest on the second shot on the 8th for A grade.

Balls down the line: Jeannine White 33, Sherine Healey 32, Rhonda Alexander 32 and Di Adams 32.
