Terang golf Saturday was a stableford event, with Anthony Mills (14) 40 points surviving a count back to win from Gary Huebner (22) 40 points.

Other leading scores included Cate Glennen (15) 39, Wayne Reicha (13) 36, Matt Couzens (5) 36, Billy Wood (15) 36.
Nearest the pins were recorded by Tim Keane (third hole), Michael Sargeant (sixth hole) and Wayne Reicha (11th hole).

Sunday morning golf saw good numbers contest a 12 hole three person Ambrose. Results for the morning were as follows:
Winners: R. Baker, R. Potter and W. Reicha 39.6 nett.
Runners-up: P. Kenna, B. Killey and A. Hunger 40.7.
Next best: T. Sloane, R. Cornelissen and N. Grundy 42.7.
Nearest the pins: Roy Baker (seventh hole), Jason Black (ninth hole).

Last Thursday was a stableford round with Peter Hrabar taking out the A grade with 37 points, just one shot ahead of the runner-up Kate Cornelissen on 36 points.
Elaine Hrabar was the B grade winner with a massive 42 points and a handicap reduction, ahead of runner-up Jane Heffernan 37 points. Great day out for the Hrabar’s.
Elaine was also the winner of the April monthly medal, and round two of the silver spoon.

Last Tuesday saw a Terang team take out the Val Millard Trophy played at East Framlingham Golf Club.
The team consisted of Maureen Bond, Heather Holmes, Lynette Coxon and Janet Saunders, who scored a total of 92 points in an Irish four-ball event.
Jenny Meade claimed the longest drive in A grade and Maureen Bond took out the nearest the pin on the sixth hole.
