Terang swimmers rewarded
TERANG Swimming Club held its annual season awards last Thursday night.
Terang Swimming Club members enjoyed last week’s presentations and barbecue to end the season.
TERANG Swimming Club held its annual season awards last Thursday night.
Despite having a small member-base, the Terang club has enjoyed a good season under the direction of coaches Maddison Chesshire and Tori Parsons.
The most consistent award for the season was presented to Chloe Clifford while most improved was Harpa McMaster.
Imogen Barr and Mayci Dwyer both received coach’s awards.
It was pleasing to see some returning members along with some new swimmers for the season.
The club’s annual carnival, held at the end of February, attracted more than 80 swimmers from Colac, Warrnambool, Timboon and Camperdown; with all competitors and spectators enjoying a great day.
Chloe Clifford received the club’s most consistent award.
