Timboon Action set to host AGM
TIMBOON Action is looking for new members, with a busy 12 months ahead.
The group will meet for its annual general meetin g (AGM) on Tuesday, October 1 at the Timboon P-12 School library from 6.30pm.
Timboon Action president Enid O’Connor invited the community to head along to the meeting.
“I encourage everyone to become involved,” she said.
“Give Timboon the “Action” it deserves, and show your support it’s $20 to be a member.
“Timboon needs action, action needs volunteers.
“Become an active member to have a say and help Timboon continue to be the place we all wish it to be. It’s not fair to leave it to a few.”
Timboon Action members are busy working towards the upcoming Timboon 150 celebrations.
