Timboon Preps celebrate 100 days
TIMBOON P-12 School saw an influx of elderly students this month.
The school’s Prep students celebrated 100 days of school.
Prep teacher Linda Ludeman said the students attended on the day dressed as ‘old people’.
“Many of them had walking sticks, wigs, wrinkles and fantastic costumes,” she said.
“They spent a lot of time shuffling around pretending to be very old.
“They created a portrait picture of what they think will look like when they are 100 and wrote about what they will do.
“The students enjoyed some cupcakes, and they also had some false teeth lollies because they don’t think they will have many teeth left when they are 100.”
Mrs Ludeman said the Preps were presented at the P-6 assembly and enjoyed pretending to be old and telling everyone “their old person name and what they will do when they are 100”.
“They had great fun and the older students enjoyed seeing them dressed up,” she said.
