The Demons will travel to Penshurst tomorrow to take on the fourth-placed Bombers before facing Glenthompson Dunkeld (fifth) next week and then Ararat (sixth) for the final round.
Round 13 saw the Demons record win number four when they hosted Great Western at Lismore.
The Demons got off to a slow start, kicking just five points for the opening quarter, but regrouped for the second and added eight majors to the board to go into the main break with a handy 41-point lead.
The second half saw the Demons work hard all over the ground, creating plenty of opportunities in front of goals.
Final scores were Lismore Derrinallum 15.15.105 to Great Western 7.12.54.
Henry Walsh booted eight goals for the day and was well supported by team-mate Lachie Constable with three.
Other goal scorers were Robbie McGavin, Josh Sanders, Nicholas Schiemer and Hunter Thompson with one apiece.
Among the best players were Constable, Sanders, Liam Rigby, Steven Ryan, Schiemer and Benjamin Atkins.
The Demons’ reserves are aiming to go deep into the finals series and currently sit second on the ladder, two games behind leaders Ararat.
The Demons enjoyed a well-earned 103-point win over the Lions, 18.16.124 to 3.3.21.
Best for the side were Mitchell Hovey, Johno Benallack and Steven Fisher.
Benallack, Fisher and Nelson kicked three goals each while Zachariah Gellie kicked one.
Lismore Derrinallum’s A grade netballers are hanging on to fifth spot on the ladder, just percentage above Penshurt, following a strong 61-29 goal win last weekend.
Best for the Demons were Paris Murray and Annabelle Arnold.
B grade also sit fifth on the ladder and had a win on the weekend, defeating Great Western 34-22. Best for the Demons wee Sophie Cook and Grace Coker.
C grade defeated Great Western 32-12, with Hannah Walker and Jaala Perkins named best on court, and are also fifth.
The Demons’ 18 and under side are fourth after last weekend’s bye, while the 15 and unders sit fifth after a 27-14 win.
In the 13 and under competition, the Demons were defeated by Great Western 3-20. Lacey Grundmann was named best on court for the Demons.
