THE Labour Day long weekend began well for stallholders at the Rotary Club’s Twilight Markets on Friday.

With 27 stalls in total, travellers had plenty to browse through, with stalls selling a variety of goods from books to Iraqi food.

Rotary Club secretary Graeme Fischer said the traffic was busy on the roads, with many making their way to Port Fairy.

“Reports from stall holders and local businesses I spoke to considered the market a success,” he said.

“Many of the coffee shops etc were extremely busy.

“Thanks to everyone who supported the market.

“It was a good day for Camperdown.”
