Two grades for par round
TWO grades of players contested Wednesday’s par round at Camperdown Golf Club.
A grade was won by Jess Moulden (19) who finished square with the card.
Jake Bateman (18) was runner-up with -2.
In B grade both the winner Deb Narik (26) and runner-up Maree Finlay (28) finished on +3 and it took a countback to separate them.
Maree Finlay won the nine-hole competition as her plus three holes came on the top course.
Nearest the pins: 2nd Deb Narik, 9th Ros Brauer, 15th Deb Narik, 16th and 17th Gayle Gill.
Balls down the line went to Ruth Skene, Gayle Gill and Jane Bennett.
Players need to organise partners for next week’s Doris Chambers Foursomes qualifier.
Maree Finlay is on duty.
