Warrnambool Police seeking information on dark van
POLICE are appealing for information following a series of alleged break-ins and an attempted break-in along Manifold Street, Camperdown over the weekend.
Warrnambool Police Detective Senior Constable Craig Wastell said the incident was believed to have occurred around 3am on Sunday, August 25, and impacted four retail outlets.
“Three of them were broken into, one was an attempted break-in,” he said.
“A vehicle was seen in the area around the time, believed to have been a Ford Transit van or similar of a dark colour.
“Not a great deal has been stolen.
“They’ve just broken in and gone through the retail outlets.”
Det Snr Const Wastell said police allege two males were involved in the incident, but investigations remain ongoing.
