Wet day for Demons
IT was a tough day at the office for Timboon’s senior footballers last weekend.

The Demons battled wet and slippery conditions in their match against the second-placed Merrivale on Saturday.

Mitchell Gristede, Lyndon Alsop, Oliver Stansfield, Eddie Gaut, Darcy Bridgewater and Jack Matthews were named among the best.
The reserves also had a struggle on their hands but to their credit managed to kick 4.4.28 while the visitors went on to score 11.12.78.
Beavan Castles led the scoring with three goals while Cory Collins added one.
Lewis Cunnington, Zeth Kerr, Bailey Delaney, Drew Kordupel, Jeremy Doolan and Beavan Castles were named in the best.
