CORANGAMITE’S under 12 hockey sides both had a win last weekend.
Congratulations to the Comets and Volcanoes who both had well-deserved wins last Saturday, with a few new players also joining in.
The Lakers’ women’s team lost to Technique – with several new players joining, the team is growing each week.
In round one of the under 16 Warrnambool competition, both Corangamite teams never gave up; particular mention to the goalies in both games who were put under constant pressure and did a brilliant job containing the scoring.
Lakers lost to Mariners 0-3. Best players were Taliyah, Oliver and Lucas.
Craters lost to Technique 0-11. Best players: Charlotte, Kayla and Brady.
Organisers hope to see lots of players at the inaugural Rock Up Hockey this Wednesday - a great chance to work on your playing skills and fitness.
